How do I create an account?
Open the MedClear app and tap "Create My Free Account" on the onboarding screen. Enter your email address and choose a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — tap the link to verify your account.

How many free translations do I get?
New users receive 3 free AI translations per day for the first 7 days from sign-up. After 7 days, a Premium subscription is required to use the Medical Translator.

What is MedClear Premium?
Premium gives you unlimited AI translations. It costs £2.99/month or £19.99/year (saving 44%). You can subscribe via the App Store or Google Play.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or through Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at steven@medclear.uk and we'll help you verify your account manually.

Is MedClear a medical advice service?
No. MedClear is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

My translation doesn't look right. What should I do?
AI translations may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important medical information with a qualified healthcare professional. If you notice a consistent issue, please let us know.

• Forgot your password? — tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your email
• Can't log in? — make sure you've verified your email address by clicking the link in your confirmation email
• Want to delete your account? — email us at steven@medclear.uk and we'll delete your data within 30 days

• Make sure you have the latest version of MedClear installed
• Try closing and reopening the app
• Check your internet connection — the Medical Translator requires an active connection
• If problems persist, contact us with a description of the issue and your device model
